Anyways, any opinions on Bodyweight vs. Free weight?

Love me some pull ups and push ups. I think I might start a bodyweight routine during sports and next summer. Do you think that bodyweight > free weight?

you said you never intended on doing competitions a while back, what changed your mind?
there is a competition being hosted locally. im too young to enter, but if its still hosted in a few years time im gonna compete in it just to see what happens - just to see if i place. theres not many local bodybuilders my age that i know of, so if i train towards entering this competition then i should beat the opponents no problem. i have like 3 years to get absolutely shredded and ive set myself some goals too :)

Got to work a heap on cardio so I can be ready for when Tough Mudder and Sparta Race come around. (cant even do tough mudder this year but hey more time to prepare right?)

Established some goals for myself by the time I'm an adult.

Deadlift: 200kg
Bench Press: 120kg
Squat: 135kg

I calculated all of these with a spreadsheet designed specifically so I can join the '1000 pound club'. I really want to reach these, I definitely think I will be able to in the future.

Our football team is going to start a crossfit program next Monday

Going to find our max then doing timed 20 and 40 yard sprints
