Tbh I dont remember specifically, but I think it was. The only reason I switched to MM is because of SM's taste lol, MM has helped as well but you gotta take it regularly/eat well/etc, which is what I haven't been doing as of yet lol

oh god the difference between 100kg and 110kg deadlifts is no joke lol, that last rep was brutal :(

im 5'10 200 pounds, been working out for almost 3 years now.

Took a few days off for lols and then due to an injury but now I cba to get into routine again :(

being tall isn't an excuse though, in the end we can still end up with a fantastic physique if the effort is there. the only thing we have on short guys is that once we actually do get big, we can look like absolute bloody titans because of the height

i started lifting weights with my father at 13, so its 2 years and 8 months now. i weighed around 180 back then, and since i didnt workout before, i was mostly fat.

well thats a pretty amazing effort right there, got any pics for reference of your body before / after? its not often you see somebody turn 180 pounds of fat into 200 pounds of muscle.

i never said i had 200 pounds of muscle, i have around 20% body fat. i don't have any before pictures.
