Tbh I dont remember specifically, but I think it was. The only reason I switched to MM is because of SM's taste lol, MM has helped as well but you gotta take it regularly/eat well/etc, which is what I haven't been doing as of yet lol

oh god the difference between 100kg and 110kg deadlifts is no joke lol, that last rep was brutal :(
