Rugby, yes. but that doesnt really tell me much.

if you ever seen a highschool football team, you'd notice that the linemen are really huge. take note that these guys are 16-18, and weigh 200-280. its not that hard to put on weight lol. but why would you doubt me on my weight anyways?

mainly because of your age lol, if you were a fatty i would be more inclined to look past it. but seeing as you're 15 and muscular, thats very impressive. didn't know you played football though, that probably is a factor too lol

bulking is incredibly difficult what are you talking about.

Sure its easy to put on fat but building muscle mass is extremely difficult.

The only reason I put on 13lbs was mainly due to puberty.

it depends on the person, what are you talking about. genetics plays a large role in the type of physique you can achieve, how you put on weight, metabolism, etc.

i play football, im a receiver. obv linemen are big, yes most of them weigh around 200, our biggest guy weighs 280 lb and can run 50 yards under 10 secs. his bench is 200 last time i checked. honestly tho i find it hard to believe you, i dont see how posting a picture of your progress would hurt lol.

official fb practice is starting up, glad i am in shape and ready for the season, we'll still probably suck tho.

Yes but once you are grown bulking takes awhile.

He must be the slowest person is your county, jeez. I find it hard to believe you have a lineman who weighs 280 and can only bench 200. We have a kid who is 165lbs and max at 200.

i'll get a pic for you guys soon, but im not 200 pounds of pure muscle lol. i still got a way to go before i get the body i really want.

amateur mirror shot ftw

under 10 seconds i said, we were having a thing where after like one of our hardest practices the coach set times for us to run 50 yds under. idk what his exact time was, but for after 4 hours of practice, and 280 of weight i think under 10 secs is pretty good. and idk for sure about his bench, thats just what i saw him doing a couple times in the weight room. i wouldnt be surprised if it was more. we have plenty of kids who can bench way over their body weight, just because you weigh more doesnt mean you can bench more then the skinny kids.

been working out for almost 3 years now.

Well during football combine you get a timed 40yard time. Our biggest kid (around 235) runs it in a 5.6 maybe.
