Author Topic: Model Railroads  (Read 1848 times)

I've been interested in trains pretty much my whole life. It started with Thomas and then a little bit of HO scale but that wasn't really for kids. I settled on messing around with lego trains until I got interested in computers. Since then I really haven't done anything with them.

Lately I've been getting really interested in model trains and basically any type of diecast model out there. I don't really have them money for this hobby but I would love to get into it. I would really love to build an O or G gauge train layout. I don't have the space for that though. If I were to get into anything again I would probably settle for HO.

I was wondering if anyone on the forums does anything with model trains.

forgetin love trains to death (not rly)

i love trains yo

I've always wanted to build a model train track all around my bedroom, I doubt i'll ever do i though

i've been surrounded by them since i was born.

panorama of my grandfather's HO table + some of his G gauge on the ceiling.

he's crazy.

I would so love to get into G gauge, it has so much detail it's amazing.

i love the G gauge steam engines ALOT.

too bad the one we got has a turn radius too big for our ceiling layout, it just falls off the tracks half the time (we catch it in time with out situation.)

oh god
sometimes i love trains
they were practically my favorite thing when I was little
i'd have a little toy trainset and play with it for about half the day

I want a USA Trains GG1, it weighs like 80 pounds and is 3 feet long. The only bad thing is that it costs like a grand.

The smaller the size the more concentrated the fun!
