Who's Rekquij and why did he randomly compliment me?

This isn't in Drama because I'm not going to complain about someone trying to be nice to others.
I'm just wondering why he randomly joins my server, compliments me, leaves, and then either blocks me or disconnects from RTBCC when I try to ask him why.

The joke was, basically, "How dare he be a nice person on Blockland, that sort of behaviour is unacceptable in our community! Let's lynch him!". It really isn't that hard to understand.
Either that or the whole making fun of someone by being nice, which is pretty much the same thing
