Apparently Massachusetts is the smartest state.

not on the road though, holy stuff the horrible driving is annoying as forget
also i wouldn't be surprised if it was the "smartest state" because it has colleges like Harvard, MIT and Northeastern.. but ya we is pretty smaht.
