Non RTB add-ons won't work

I have recently had to reinstall blockland after having some problems.  Of course the first thing I did was install RTB and now whenever I try to install a non-RTB add on it won't show up in the mod manager.  They also don't show up when I start a custom game.  Can anyone help?

Restart blockland after putting add-ons in the folder, also make sure you are installing them to documents/blockland/add-ons

Are you sure you put them in this directory?:
Libraries/Documents/Blockland/Add-ons
if you put it in the C:/, then that's the wrong place
