Author Topic: [MEGATHREAD] Android - Nexus 4 Price Drop on Play Store! $249 for 16GB!  (Read 7178 times)

i have a nexus 7 running cyanogenmod 10.1 and jellybean 4.2.2
weeeeeeeeeeeeee

i need to upgrade my droidx2 :(

android: yes we let you customize your phone to your advantage
apple: forget you keep your phone that way

Still pissed the LG Optimus L9 isn't on jelly bean yet :/

my parents won't let me root my phone because they say i might break it or something. srsly i've had like 3 phones already (we've been switching plans alot), and none of them got a single scratch.

anything i can tell them to convince them to let me? :/

If it's under their mobile plan don't root it; chances are you could do damage or not be able to revert to stock if you ever need to return it or refund it. What model do you have?

Galaxy S3 I guess.

Galaxy S3 I guess.

Yeah, I wouldn't bother. S3 is pretty fast to begin with and it's not worth the risk

if you get your own phone plan and pay for your phone, go for it

The thread needs work but I have 4 AM - 12 PM shifts all week and I simply don't have time tonight, I'll try to get some updates going soon. In the mean time, enjoy the thread's heroic return.
