I'll be honest here because I'm pretty much sick of it ...

You guys make half-assed videos using default builds, stupid comments and they're usually short and stupid. I myself find them unfunny as well, but I think a lot of people can agree with my other statements- just because you made a little movie doesn't give you the right to half-ass the entire background and quality.

Put more effort and at least try to be a bit more serious, all you make is silly little shorts with dumb comments that everyone claims their "sides fell off!!!" which also pesters me when people say that.

All I ever see you do is be an starfish in the gallery section. I'm not going to stop doing what I like making just because your humor is too "hardcore". Just don't watch it.

Fact is: we're not movie producers/makers w/e you want to call it. Sure, we could help with the setting and all that, but if you're saying that we do the actual filming itself then that's a no. But yes, I do see your point of view.

I just see that people make these little movies and expect a bunch out of them when they didn't actually put the effort to deserve so much. It might just be because we don't see many films around here.

I have a fair sense of humor and I find most things funny, as I said and stated multiple times if you haven't read- the humor is my opinion and doesn't matter. The thing is how you contribute, you basically film a couple of blockheads jumping around doing whatever and slap in a build that's not yours or isn't dedicated to the actual film.

You're offended as well because I've criticized your films from the start and you're too arrogant to try and fix your films and achieve greater.

There was no use of a default build anywhere in this video. What are you talking about? The build was custom made for the actual video besides the city.

A small room, okay, now we're talking- at least you did something of your own. More scenes, more "rooms", better quality and I had a feeling you made the room for the video as well.

The point still stands that you need more work, a bit more seriousness in certain perspectives and more effort. I don't think filming should be taken so carelessly.

Doesn't mean you have the excuse of not putting full effort- Khain puts full effort into his work, Bushido puts full effort into his work, Barnabas does outstanding builds, do they get anything? No.

He's not saying our videos are bad quality, we just need to spice them up a little more. Although a lot of our audience does enjoy videos like this one, they require a better story line and less one liners.

For example, the instantaneous flip from Mobster to joking was unexpected and did not keep to the theme. Whereas a classic video of ours, such as Pablo's Western kept to a very serious Clint Eastwood style western shootout.

I do think it was a bit rude the way he put it though, it was mean the way he worded it and I would have gotten upset myself.

I tried something new in my latest video and it seemed to work for a lot of people. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRQa87jsFRw Blending the comedy and seriousness aspect apparently works good, if done properly.

TurnipBlog's Gangster Movie did not fuse the two together like a cooperative family pun intended but more so like two separate pieces, the beginning being a serious mafioso shootout and the end being a silly interruption of Monty Python's Flying Circus.

All in all, this video isn't bad. I like a lot personally, considering in our free time Pablo and I like to make mafia jokes, especially when somebody ticks us off, for instance, we would say "you've betrayed the family for the last time, ___" and then play The Godfather theme over the microphone. The video just needed either a tie of the two themes a bit better or dedicated full throttle comedy or full throttle serious 1940s gangster films.

i clearly came into the thread because i built the scene and acted in the video, and i wanted to see what people thought. i dislike how someone comes in with a rude opinion about the whole video that clearly only they think.
