Because of his slow computer, he didn't even show shaders.

However, I will admit, the vehicle physics are crap.

The reason why he probably doesn't think it's worth $20 is because of te variety of the servers, there aren't that many. Or he just hasn't seen the amount of bug fixes/development/additions this has. Not only that but the entire way of how the networking works on the game (I find it the best).
