Ater Germanic people lost their grip on the area (just go with that bit), a group of Sheikhs united to take control. After kidnapping all of the Germans who knew how to operate everything and learning the how to, the Arabs released all the Germans but kept much of the military gear and the foundations of an industrial economy to supplement the existing herding economy. Thus the Arab Confederation was born. The Sheikhs plan to control shipping through the Red Sea once sufficient arms have been achieved to blockade the exit to the Indian Ocean, The Sheikhs will be most willing to repay those who would help to take the Confederation out of the comparative dark ages.

The Arab Confederation begins to send out emissaries to nearby Sheikdoms in an attempt to garnish more control over the area. Several Sheikhs have already agreed, including some with some artillery, tanks, and warships.

Work begins on acquiring new and upgrading current weaponry.

The Arab Confederation also issues a proclamation that its current primary goal is to control all of Arabia and Turkey. Any nation that attempts to make any territorial claims in that area will be subject to opposition and seizure by the Arab Confederation as soon as its influence reaches as far as the claim. The proclamation's scope does not include Slevokxia's claim to Sinai.
