A few minutes ago, Blockbot unfairly kicked me from "spamming" What I did was help a player to enable "killing water"

I request the removal of Blockbot and implement more monitoring admins.

Why kick when you could just mute for a short time? Why isn't BlockBot a part of the RTBC code?
