canada sucks

i would know..

Do you mean the L.A. Riots in 1992 that were about the LA police beating the stuff out of Rodney King? Those riots were complete bullstuff. The police were wrong, Rodney King was a scumbag who wasn't innocent but shouldn't of been beaten on the side of the road for stuffs and giggles. But I think the people rioting were super wrong.
It was bullstuff.

Also for a nation that has been called a peaceful nation where draft dodgers go to was pretty hostile toward Native Americans. Their residential schools are good example of that, which operated well into the 90's.

I love how the government apologised, like that's going help.

Reminds me of when the Canadian Government charged people on their own land for finding an ancient skeleton.

lol that happened in my city

I support this law because being in a riot is illegal, and also, innocent civilians can get hurt from a riot.

If you wear a mask, then you get away with being in a riot. That's basically the same thing with robbing a bank with a mask on.

I am not so sure if you guys will agree with me, but I support this.

This Canada place sounds like Riddler. Sounds like a place we need to bring democracy too. I'm coming for you Stephen Harper, your tyranny is over!

Nobody gives a stuff about the rioting part. It's more the whole peaceful protests, someone may be involved in a protest they don't want people to know about. Say someone is at a gay pride rally, people could use that against them. They might not want to be identified by everyone. How hard is that for everyone to understand that even though some protests are legal, it doesn't mean everyone is ok with them, especially the government.

This mentions riots, not rallies.

Any peaceful rally can be called an unlawful assembly if the powers that be dislike it.

The riots in greece were a peaceful protest, until they started getting shot in the face with tear gas for no reason.
