colors for models

i know these might be stupid questions but, like if i was making a weapon or a vehicle where would i get the colors from? would it be
Blockland\Add-Ons\shapes or Blockland\Add-Ons\Add-Ons\Shapes
and another question, can i make new colors for models by going in paint.net and a 16x16 of the color?

You get them from Blockland/Add-Ons/Shapes, not that second Add-Ons folder, thats one that was downloaded from a server due to a host who couldn't install a mod right

Yes you can, you can also make new textures by making a picture thats 256x256 in pixels and putting them in Add-Ons/Shapes
