Headset issue numero tres

Yes I know you guys have been seeing various topics about my headset issues. Well I have ANOTHER one. Just starting now, my headset jack has been zapping me (by the way, it has 2 inputs available, jack and USB).  There are no visible wires, I don't know whats making it zapping me.

Hoping when you quote it you'd see it, sorry, I was just kidding with you, anywho on a serious note.  When does it shock you?  Is the headset fully disconnected from any power source when it shocks you?

i plugged it in and i happened to be touching the metal part of the jack at the time, i plugged it in and it gave me a quick volt. yes it only does it when connected. i've been having a lot of issues with it.

If you're making contact with any of the wires while it is connected expect to get shocked, that's normal.  The wires are carrying electrical charges, if you touch it, it's going to travel through you to the ground, shocking you.  The jack is included in what I'm calling 'wires'

I'm not going to argue with you here simply because science theoretically proves me right.

If you touch a any sort of conductive metal while it's carrying an electrical charge, you will be shocked.

The casing of the jack shouldn't be charged, however, if one of the wires frayed inside the casing and is touching it, it is then charged.  Nothing worth your time to fix, just don't touch the jack

the only reason i posted this is because i'm concerned because i'm having issues such as buzzing and beeping, i thought it would be something else to add on the list of problems.
