The voices are an interesting concept.  It could get annoying hearing the voices after every reload though.  But if you are not shooting like mad and reloading constantly like RPs should be, it would not be very annoying I suppose.  I almost think the voices should be a separate mod where you hit hot keys to say various things.  The animations look fantastic, and overall I think it is pretty cool.

I don't like the voices but the dynamic gunshots at varying ranges is really really sweet. Possibly make the reloading voices a rtb pref.

Also make it so reload has dryfire and appropriate animations for lacking ammo.

Great! I always thought bullet echo's would be really cool. However, I think you should either make two versions; One with the voices and one without, or make it toggle-able in Server Preferences.
