OP lives in Russia so all year I guess.

Let's clear up a little misconceptions about the lovely 22 caliber "Light Rifle" round. Before falling out of popularity for larger rounds with more supposed stopping power, the 22lr was considered one of the most dangerous rounds in existence. It was dubbed the "Assassin's Bullet" as it's light weight and small size allowed it to easily enter a body, bounce off hard surfaces(bone, teeth, joints etc.), and then break itself into small indistinguishable pieces of metal. It has enough power to enter a skull, turn the brain into a delicious red slushy whilst bouncing around, probably exiting through the neck or eye in a fantastically small stream of blood and grey matter. The round has the perfect range of power to penetrate deep into the body and not exit before bouncing.

Modern day 22lr rounds hit with an almost shotgun like effect. Upon hitting something like a person or a deer, the round will shatter into small chunks of burning hot death and rend you from the inside out. A single shot is capable of pulping major organs and turning intestines into small strands of smelly worm paste. Last I heard, the 22lr still has more deaths and kills attributed to it than any other caliber, ball, projectile to have existed.

i'll never get over how dumb this kind of reasoning is
It's a perfectly fine reason

Lol I was expecting an unload of furries going to rampage this thread.

I don't hunt, but I'm okay with people killing as long as they eat it, if they're just killing things for fun, they're sociopaths and should probably be put down themselves.  That's just my opinion though.  A lot of different people have different views among the subject, if you're daddy know what he's doing, listen to him.

I need to start hunting, myself.

Too many animals in the wilderness that can be eaten.

It's called sport lol

If you can't handle hunting as a sport I don't know why you can handle hunting in general.

Nah, I'd go hunting if I had the equipment for it.

what about people who kill pests for sport and not food?

still sociopaths?

Let me re-say that.

I'm fine with people hunting as long as they eat it, or it's an animal that's worthless, and the idea of killing living creatures can be sick, but dependent on the species, but some guy walking around in the woods shooting things and just leaving them there for nothing, just proves that their sociopaths.

so you're against sport hunting then?

Read.

Read.
there's a reason i asked specifically

sport hunters generally don't eat their game, nor are they limited to "worthless" animals. what you said doesn't actually address my question

Putin is an starfish though.
