Have you ever thought what world this fetus (not a baby yet, scientifically) would be born into? What if the mother was a drug addict, or was too poor to care for a child? What if the fetus is known to have defects, or die at birth? Should we let it suffer with the mother? No. We should mind our own business.

This is a good point, I still don't care for abortion but I also don't care about it either...

Unless if it were my wife, then I'd be pretty pissed...

I agree completely
but you don't have to sing the pledge of allegiance. The Supreme Court ruled that you don't have to a while ago.
yeah but for some reason in 5th grade my teacher yelled at me for not singing it

After 4th grade I've made my pledge pretty clear, I just mouth it...

With the experience of arguing with pro-life supporters, there isn't any way to prove whether abortion is or isn't murder. It's a personal belief that primarily depends on religious philosophy. Regardless, I'm pro-choice because making abortion illegal deprives adults the right to their own body. It's a deprivation of one of the most basic human rights.

pro-choice
there's no loving excuse for trying to dictate what others can do with their bodies
as we saw in texas last night, we've made a cultural shift.
in my opinion, pro-lifers are gonna be phased out pretty quickly

Both sides knew the risk of not using protection.

I'll make an exception for rape.

Anyway the pro-choice crowd has a more numbers it seems and they will most likely win. Afterwards they will probably argue to lower the age of consent in all states down to 16.

California: Full of people who support gay rights, marriage equality, race equality, gun control, drug legalization, and world peace. Age of consent at 18 while everyone else is 16.

If the condom breaks?

What does that have to do with civil rights?

Spermicide. When police deal with rape victims, they take them down to a local hospital where a doctor will swab the sperm for DNA evidence use a special kit to kill the sperm that has entered a woman's vagina or star fish.  The problem with rapes is that 1 in 7 women will report it. Also you can also buy sperm killing chemicals for commercial use.

The more you know.

Another thing I don't get about people who are anti-abortion...

Really?  You'd be pissed off at your wife if she wanted an abortion?  Rather than even attempt to be understanding or reasonable and listen to what she wants and consider he opinion? (you know.. since it's her body and she's the one giving brith, right?) Pretty damn selfish..

Not saying you wouldn't have a say in the matter either, it'd theoretically be your kid too.. but to just automatically say you'd be pissed and in disagreement without any reason is just selfish.

Are you stupid, it would be his son too, so he most certainly has a say. If he's anti-Abortion then in his opinion it would morally wrong to let his wife have an abortion, as it would in theory kill his son.

you're not using that as an actual argument, i hope

no, if she doesn't want to endure the pain, it's her body and thus her decision
