On the topic of this, I have a huge problem with anyone being overly dependent on the government, when they clearly can take care of themselves this actually hurts the economy more than it helps it. So I find this a highly generalized statement if you imply everyone thinks like that.

I was more talking about those who use that as a reason to make gay marriage illegal.
Any reason people use to be against gays besides "Eww they're icky" is really just a lie. They're coming up with elaborate reasons to rationalize their irrational thoughts.
This so much.
Some people call it "unnatural" even though homoloveuality has been documented in prettymuch every single species of mammal and bird known to science.
