I don't see anything about monitories if that's what you are arguing about, but I do know the 1st applies to both majorities and minorities as long as they are citizen of the us. If you are foreign tourist or alien this right does not apply to you.

Please, tell me: If the majority religion is established, exactly what does a follower of the majority religion have to be protected from? Absolutely nothing. Everything is already as they want it. The followers of the minority religions are the ones who are forgeted over, and forced to live according to the majority. Preventing establishment of the majority religion protects free exercise of other religions, i.e., minority religions.
