hey hey another HK bro :D
PokFuLam is where it's at bro
(side note: It isn't)
must say that looks pretty legit and straight from HK except the multipane window designs are bugging me because the dividers are darned thick
It's either these or no dividers at all
also its pretty clean for a HK building, if you know what i mean. maybe dirt and stuff? I can't recall the last time i've seen a factory facing a road like that, since most face out into concrete yards or stuff that lead to the road.
I'm not exactly sure how to go about making respectable-looking dirt ;~;
I have seen them face the street, in fact look at the link I have up on the OP, it takes you to a place in Kwun Tong

nice job on the interior, though throwing random boxes and stands together would give a better feel of how people use buildings in HK (a complete disregard of what the building was mainly designed for and cobbling a below-average interior together while trying to cram as much stuff into it at one time). like, stack pallets and stuff randomly with some organization but no future planning so stuff gets stuck behind other stuff and yeah. if you live(d) in hk or went to chinatown in SF you know what i mean.
I thought I did that, in fact the first driveway thingy is completely unused (shelves are up against it on the inside and a few pallettes are stacked up outside)
oh well I've only done the first floor garage anyway
oh yeah forgot to mention those fluorescent lights are damn pro
<3

Working on the 3rd floor front now, 2nd floor is done
I'm thinking of using that big blank space as a billboard or sign
