alright kids, i finally got around to killing an hour doing nothing but bug fixes, updates, and changes
here's what i got for yall
FIXES:- figured out what was making RTB Prefs completely broken: alphadin's damage popup mod. i managed to fix it by simply removing all of its code for RTB prefs since those are largely unused anyway (anyone who wants to fix can get it here)
- removed all of GCat's spawnable turrets because they seem to literally break everything with random crashes. hopefully the server will be a lot more stable now
- because i now have proper access to RTB prefs again, duplicator times/limits have been adjusted (read: removed) and the issues with the wrong events being disabled have been fixed
CHANGES- realizing that the UH-1's missile's were stuff, i originally considered giving them actual splash damage, then i decided to replace the missiles with more miniguns. this was a good decision, i assure you
- it turns out h&k was on hardcore damage. whoops. it's been set to medium core so now everybody won't die so quickly (hopefully)
NEW STUFF- now running Jaydee's Apache with the dumb homing rockets replaced with miniguns similar to the UH-1 but with more ammo. for anyone curious about "BALANCING SHENANIGANS" the Apache is way more maneuverable but with more ammo, while the UH-1 has its side gunner mounts and is typically easier to handle (if you're a SCRUB)
- also running the Biplane, Stunt Plane, and Civilian Helicopters
- got Squideey's brick textures because why not and also resurrected my cloud sprite replacement for square smoke
- VCE HUD

- an autosaver thank loving god
STUFF I MIGHT DO IN THE FUTURE- replace the civilian helicopter sounds with the UH-1's sounds because goddamn they are annoying
- add more ambient OGGs for ships
- revert minigun changes and just adjust the rockets, we'll see depending on how this goes
anyway i'll have the server properly running within an hour or so, so yeah
