lol no. they are boycotting a COMPANY that supports something that they don't. lol if it were up to you guys free speech would only apply to things you agree with
Its funny because probably all the people who were "Boycotting" Oreo for the Gay Pride post on facebook probably went back to shoveling them into their mouths a week or so later. These boycotts do nothing but waste time and oxygen. Its just a bunch of people stuck in their old ways getting upset over something that doesn't affect them in the slightest. Their boycotts do nothing. They say "Oh im never using google or youtube again because they support gay rights", but go right back to using those services. They aren't doing anything.
I agree with equality. The Freedom of Speech doesn't make it acceptable for you to use it as a soapbox to say "gay people aren't human beings and are all going to hell". Sure, you can say that. But that doesn't protect you from people telling you that you're stupid or horrible.
just want to say something:
the bible is very specific on homoloveuality. ie: you won't enter heaven and you're supposed to be stoned to death. that's pretty much it.
It also says that you shouldn't eat pork or wear clothing of mixed fabrics, and says that its okay to own slaves as long as they are from another country. Every argument against Gay Marriage or Equality is just grasping at straws.
