Author Topic: Thinking about buying a gaming laptop  (Read 2209 times)

I'm looking for a gaming laptop below $700.

But it has to have Windows 7 or 8 idc, 6-8GB RAM, and a good graphics card.

Can you forumers help me out?

Edit: Also, it cannot have a small screen.

If you can settle for Windows seven you can probably score a good lappy with an i7 on clearance

Windows 8 is a stuffheap anyways. Maybe not now, but when you're battling registry errors in a few months it will.

I have a gaming laptop and lasted a good 3 years before struggling with new games.

I'm only in for the Windows 8 thing because I am desperate for the new games they are releasing on the Xbox for Windows market. Like one of my favorites of the line, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2013 that they will only be releasing for that platform.

I upgraded to 7 to 8.
All games are now faster.

it was a joke but what games do you intend to play, this thing can't play bf3 on ultra if you're asking.

scroll down and see the games and what this can play at different settings.

I'm thinking about games such as the old CoD games because I haven't played one of those games in a while and am missing a good first person shooter, Spiral Knights, a small bit of casual games like Little Inferno or something along the lines of those. My computer lags when I have any of these games on a medium setting.
