I remember someone releasing an addon where you would type in a slash cmd and it would make a grid out of 1x1 bricks for you, you paint em, than type in another command, and you can paint the other frame, and so on to make an animation.
I haven't tested this myself, but by the description, this is what it does.

Torque supports the use of streaming Theora ogg format of video. That isnt for surfaces though...only for GUI's.

There was an animated decal in TBM, I think it had about ten frames. It looked OK; but going from ten frames to a ten minute video is a massive jump.

I dont believe that will work.

we dont really need tvs in blockland but go for it
