seriously i cant even get near a match or a gas-burning stove before yelling and running off, my parents are using this to make fun of me and so is my sister and i can't even cook anything because our stove uses fire. have any of you had a problem with fire-phobia before? discuss fire and how much you hate it.


I am pretty sure everybody doesn't want to be burned by fire.

yeah, doesnt help that last time i held a match it nearly burned me.

sorry to say this, but you posted this topic right as I was watching a video about Chernobyl and how the firefighters that were sent to stop the fires ended up dying from the radiation within minutes

You my friend have pyrophobia, which is perfectly normal to many people. I don't have it but my good friend does have it.
