It's flashing like a strobe light and is getting on my nerves. It just now started doing this.
Is there a way to make it stop? Or is it something I'm going to have to live with?

Its just a normal cursor.
Also when I watch videos it usually disappears but now that its doing this it doesn't.

sometimes mine goes back after i unplug and plug back in my mouse.
