Author Topic: Event - checkProjectile  (Read 3087 times)

I created this a long time ago for a project I was working on, I stumbled on it in my old Blockland folder while cleaning junk off my computer and I figured that it may be of use to some of you, especially if you're creating an RPG. This add-on is simple, it adds an output event that will check if the projectile colliding with a brick matches a specified projectile, along with two input events to control what happens when the condition is or is not met.

An example of how you can use the events:

You can download it here, If you need it mirrored elsewhere just ask:

I think there are other variations, but this one looks the most user friendly

Kinda already done with the VCE extension lastProjectile, but still a good idea. Also a lot better implemented than the VCE variant.

I totally agree with this. :)
It looks good and a bit more user friendly then VCE.

Nice. Will download when I get back from camp (I'm a volunteer)

In case some people wondered why he would go to a camp.
No need to shout at him like that.

No, he's saying it just so he can feel special. Lots of people go to camp over the summer. Lots of people also volunteer at summer camps, myself included. Nobody was going to ask him why he was going to a summer camp, and even if they did, he should have waited until prompted to tell them about camp. Instead, he pridefully declared to everybody that he was a volunteer, even though it's clearly nothing that out of the ordinary

Woah woah woah, get off this forum. Just kiddin'. :)

i love you forever
I love him more.  AWESOME ADDON! (caps most definitely needed)

Edit: Please add a onProjectileFalse > projectile > explode

Ah, good idea, I'll update it a little later today.

Alright, I added the projectile menu to both input events, the file has been updated :)
