So i purchased Batman Arkham Asylum but each time i start it up this thing pops up with a thing asking for my serial code and the unlock code is already filled in. Where the hell do i find my serial code? I checked my billing info like it said but nothing was there. HELP

when i bought cod4 they gave me a product key for multiplayer that if i remember correctly couldn't be highlighted or copied
