Soundpack not working: Console will not execute.

Add-On located for download here.

Simply, the file won't execute.  This is the error I am getting:

  CustomGameGui checking Add-On: Sound_Apocolyptic/Sound_Apocolyptic
    nested add-on - will not execute
I don't know what "nested add-on" means, but whatever that property is, it means this Add-On will not work.

im not sure bt are you using any spaces in the file names. i did that mistake once and found out that the names cant include A space. instead try using _ as a space.
