how do people break cds? i can understand if you drop it or if it gets damaged by accident but if you grab it with two hands and put your greasy fingers on the side it has to read then you kind of deserve that broken disk.

I believe I have broken one DVD in my life. It was a ~$0.10 empty DVD and I broke it when taking it out of the case. I was very sad.

My sister once put a cd into the computer, but it wouldnt close because the CD wasn't placed right, so she pushed the tray in.
