i wanted to lock the second topic due to the fact that
1. the topic fell through the pages of off topic and the thing was getting old already
2. i accidentally bumped it forgetting what time the last post was

1. If "the thing was getting old already" why make another topic for it?
2. If it's already bumped you don't need to make another one. It's already on the front page again
