i noticed a lot of the sounds were in stereo form, i never actually looked at them but i heard them
try snatching them into mono format, stereo sounds will play at the same volume until you get out of the distance of the sound itself, then it wont play. mono makes it fade depending on how far you are.

I fixed the shotgun sound too, they for some reason, during the reload thing they have this sound that repeats itself 3 times so I removed that, it sounds way more fluid too.
Also changed the explosion sound because you didnt match it up with the actual grenade ones.
