Alright, this guy has absolutely NO excuse for this.

First of all, it was ONE message with 18 characters and 6 separate words. It doesn't take that much effort to block me.
I know he may be getting flooded with messages, but does that justify kicking me? I was just joking around, and I've never sent this guy a message before. I've gotten in trouble for this in the past, but this time I wasn't insulting, mocking, or anything of the like.

Might does not make right, friends. You can't host a party and then fling stuff at people because it's "your party".

what he does is go to servers, try to stir stuff up or make bad jokes, when people tell him they dont like him by banning/kicking/muting him, he bitches and moans about how they are abusing their powers.

Yeh, looks like he did and he summarised it pretty nicely. Essentially you're being incredibly melodramatic and childish because you got kicked. I get hundreds of messages sent to me every week about something random, sometimes people need help with an issue, maybe sometimes they need advice and other times it is morons trying to be funny.

I can't even begin to tell you how many messages I've gotten about having blue text or having an administrative position. It gets tiring. I don't need your useless chat box flooding my screen when I'm trying to help people with actual matters.

I kicked you a single time because I have repeatedly told the people on General Discussion not to message me with mundane/troll-esque things which I cannot help with / don't find funny. You should have been listening, not sure why you'd think this was a good idea anyway.

You gave no response, so I presumed you hadn't gave any warnings in chat beforehand. Also, it's never a good idea to outright kick people from irc for help-unrelated messages. Say for example a user is on his second strike and never saw your "warning lecture", he messages you about something random and you kick him. Bam, no more irc for him. Hell, he could even be oblivious to the fact you're an admin and thought the gold shield was some sort of avatar. Blocking is much better than kicking, and prevents me from coming back and messaging you more.
