Does anyone know if it's possible to make music bricks equal volume throughout the entire map? And if so, how?

Easiest way is to just have the audio play client-side.  alxPlay() ftw.

what do I put for the audio profile? :o

Masterlegodude did a Audio loop for the entire level which was very useful for me.

I had never taken a look at his Mission Music stuff.  All he does is send a command to the client to play the audio locally.  So, you'd have to have "Download Sounds" turned on if your joining a server that isn't using a default audio clip for the mission music.  But, all in all, it's the same method I suggested.
