most crimes committed with guns are legally owned by such people as well.

states also ban retail sales of large magazines. but its still mostly legal anywhere to give them to each other or have and use them from purchaces before laws passed.

all i said was in any wealthy area of america this is uncommon.  i've lived in "high class" neighborhoods and currently in a middle-lower class city and have yet to ever hear gunshots on the 4th of july

Finally someone who understands. Also Nick, most gun owners are smart enough to not fire in a neighborhood. Those who use them irresponsibly are either are young and weren't taught proper firearm safety, or they broke the law and they illegally have one on them.

sure some gun owners are smart, but hey not every gun owner is intelligent just like not every middle/upper class person is intelligent (since you and alyx are making this about class and intelligence).
