Seeing 'testicular cancer' at the bottom of the list isn't it saying you have it.

ok but the only symptom you've told us is fever and dark urine and if you don't want to have dark urine you should drink some loving water.

Not to mention, the fever could very well be separate.

Even if they are together, there's a very very good chance that you do not have testicular cancer.
Go to the doctor if it continues. Please don't self diagnose yourself.
