That aside... welcome to blockland! =D If you're gonna act noobish, make single player servers. Other than that, just try to be well known. Make some friends, you'll gain popularity fast. Spam servers, you'll be hated.

if soemone sticks a USSR clan tag by their name without being let in the clan they will get banned for it
if someone were hammering my build i was working on and continued after i said stop id kick em
if someone made a clan and no one knew who they were then no one would join it
IF SOMEONE TALKS IN ALL CAPS FOR NO REASON CONTINUOSLY ID KICK THEM
if sum1 tlks lyk diz i wud kik or ban dem
if lone spawns were on my sever id delete them
so yeah.. i think there are reasons geek says to not do those things

MAJOR TIP: Don't, i repeat, DON'T go into a server to learn how to build or else the admin(s) will accuse you of spamming. Learn to build in SP then go online to other server and participate in builds (city builds, free builds etc)

or if you see a person whos id is rather low (you can check this with f2) you might consider asking them for some pointers.. though id sugest against doing this in a ussr server, but most older people i know would gladly help someone new to the game if they actually ask for it (even if at least, to make sure there is one less noob in the world)
