"Alright. Let's hit the freeway and go rural." We are heading out of St. Mary county, leading to one of my ally's houses in Stormbrooke, in Landre County. (It's like andre with an L at the beginning.)

As they begin to drive away, they see four police cars speeding past them and two ambulances, as well as a fire truck. Pretty soon a helicopter comes in, shining it's lights around.

I drive off carefully, and then were out of SMPD reach.

For everyone reading this - the rural area is NOT a safehouse from the SMPD. You still have Stormbrooke Police Department officers and Landre County Sheriffs that do the same thing the SMPD does - arrest people that commit crimes. So even if I'm out of the reach of the St. Mary Police Department youre actually able to control all sheriff and stormbrooke police departments since you act as the larger police force of the game. Also, I'm working on a rural map right now.

Metro police have zero jurisdiction outside of city limits. The County Sheriff's Department and State Troopers/Highway Patrol have jurisdiction outside of cities.
