Generally, the exponent symbol is presented as x^y or y^x instead of 1².  If you're just making a square button, then just go ahead and make it an exponent.  Also, what about trig like sine, cosine etc., as well as arctangent and exponential operations of trig functions such as sin²x?  In addition, you should really include n^th root capabilities.
