Players not getting points when killing?

When my players kill other players with T+T weapons in a slayer minigame on an rtb server the kills show up as a Self Delete and don't give any points to the killers.

anyone know the issue or a script that might cause this?

People can just constantly Self Delete for points then.

Not if Toggle Self Delete is enabled on the server.
