Yes, because he is bigger than other players and has a bow, and since hes bigger the bow does more damage.

Look, speedkart is default add-ons, so if I used that anyone who used the track would have to download that and do some editing in the gamemode_speedkart .zip file.
Is it really that much a hassle to have 80 health? No.
Honestly, if you don't want it to have 80 health, you can easily go edit the track.
