ladies and gentleman, youtube comments

also isn't this columbia? i'm pretty sure the cops there do far worse things besides shoot up dogs
In Criminal Justice we discussed about how many South American countries have death squads that shoot up homeless children.

police officers do what they have to

don't question them
You put your faith in the police and authority too much. A lot of departments have crooked an corrupted officers. It's up to the people and internal affairs to keep our officers in line. If we didn't question authority or watch over our lawmen they could get away with abusing their power, harass us, and rule over us. As a police officer you are not above the law, you are sworn to uphold the law and uphold the constitution.

On top of that police are a mix of military vets and average people like you and me who probably have never been in a fire fight. The military vets and seasoned officers tend to want to avoid any action what so over, and if they get into a fight they are more trigger disciplined. Other officers, not so much as they seek action. So as you can imagine they are looking forward to shooting stuff up.

shooting a dog isn't illegal

for all we know the dog could have been coming at him, what else was he supposed to do?

this
it's sad for a companion like a dog to die, but the camera didn't even catch it, there was just a loud barking and gunfire then the yelping noise, the dog could've been coming right at him about ready to leap and eat his face or w/e they do.

Also, I really wanna question the title of the video and topic "Terrorizes children"

what the forget did they do to terrorize the child? all you see is them gently pushing him out of the house. it's not like they went "GIVE US YOUR PIGGY BANK AND WE WON'T KILL YOU AND YOUR FATHER"

yeah it's totally normal for a small child to experience loud yelling, an unexplained intrusion, gunshots, and also their dog getting shot.

"CopsOutOfControl".
Yeah, this is a channel that's going to be of great help in providing trust with the police.

I know that the police, in all countries, will occasionally get things wrong.
But making them out to be evil super-villains is just wrong.

It's people with absolute hate-filled negative attitudes to the police that will cause problems, simply because they don't like being told what to do.
If people were to just show respect and co-operate, it would be so much easier.
There's no need to get mouthy, no need to resist. Work with the police and it's all fine.
If you've committed a crime and the police are after you, then you deserve them after you.
If you're innocent, then work with them and they'll know and you'll be fine. Acting out just makes you seem like the criminal.

If an armed unit arrives at your house, chances are very much that you're in big trouble for something very serious.
You should've thought about the idea of your child witnessing something like this, before you go ahead and commit crimes.

It's the parent at fault, not the police. They're doing their job.
You can't just leave criminals out there to continue, just because they have a child that you don't want to frighten.

lol are you kidding me? get real. what do you want them to do, "hey its the police, we are about to raid youre house because you have some serious drug problems, can you put some earplugs and a blindfold on youre kid so we can get on with this?"

also op is really dumb, you dont even know what really happened, kid wasnt even "terrorized".

i didn't point the blame at anyone.  decepticon asked what would terrorize a child as if a child normally experiences things like this and i pointed out what a child would be traumatized by in a swat raid.  read deeper.

you read deeper too, dumbass.  i'm not saying the police used excessive force, i know they were doing their job.  the kids are going to stuff their pants no matter what.

aren't they only authorized to shoot if they feel they are in danger? The dog did no harm and they just shot it.

so its not obvious you are in danger of an animal until you are bit by it? lol

an animal is property, not a person. its like the threat of using a gun. you handle it swiftly to prevent harm to yourself. forget if anyone likes it or not.

Yo that dog was asking for a bullet to the dome.

kid: mom who are these people and why are they attacking dad
mom: i dont know
*dad is dragged away for 1 - 3 years*

*years later child turns into research star*
