Author Topic: I'm having a serious back problem  (Read 773 times)

My back has been in serious pain whenever I contract it or turn the wrong way. I am typing this on my phone so don't say it's my desk chair. Anyone have any methods to help? I went bowling with a 16 pound ball so that may be the cause.

Talk to your physician and take an NSAID like ibuprofen or tylenol.

lol 16lb ball no one loving needs that

anyways chiropractors

If you have lower-back pain, chiropractic treatment is proven to treat it better than a placebo. However, it doesn't surpass typical physiotherapy treatments and NSAID painkillers for acute back pain for the cost, so once again:

Talk to your physician.

I'm getting the idea that physicians are important here

Talk to your physician.

this guy sounds like a guy who shuffles cards for a living

You really shouldn't be giving medical advice to people when you aren't a physician.

welcome to the blockland forums, i'll be your medical expert for today.

ill assume it's just a sore or fractured disk, but to be sure check in with an actual medical expert

have a good day

It goes away after a bit
