I kind of know how you feel. I remember when I found out my mom was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.. Just gotta keep goin' ya' know? Video Games really help me! Hope that might help you as well!

There's a difference between asking for a little compassion and understanding and whoring for attention. The rule is directed toward the latter, while this is a case of the former.

Pretty sure he's not quite under the purview of that rule with this. If he was being whiny about it he certainly would be, but it doesn't look like he's quite there.

Is this really necessary? The OP may be in a way asking for some emotional help, but it's not the same as someone just saying "My life sucks because I got in trouble."
