My PC should be dead by now, and it's not useless.
Just set it back later, or remove a bunch from it.

i have 5 computers in my closet that have all been rendered useless due to just being old, or having a virus, those slow nasty ones that you cant detect until its to late

I have a PC thats about 5 years old and it doesn't take internet browsers long to open.

My computer is pretty new and at start-up FireFox takes around 30 seconds to start. Sometimes it doesn't even open up unless I let the computer sit for a few minutes or click the icon a bunch of times.

And no it's not clogged up with garbage either.

The longest startup time for me is 15 seconds. Are you sure it's just not a stuffty computer?

The full scan has been working for two and a half hours. It deleted ONE file. It was that browser hijacker "sweetpacks". I guess I missed it when I was taking care of the other things.

i7 and 8GB DDR3, pretty sure.

its that my HDD is slow. its 5400rpm
need to get a SSD soon.
