ya, how do you transparentize a pic?

if your using paint, good luck its impossible to add a mask layer

sorry, but i need the values of the colors like example version
red - 134
blue - 247
yellow - 143

To get transparency in paint.net just highlight what you need and hit the delete button on your keyboard.
That, or use the eraser tool.
You will know that something is transparent when it shows you a checkered grid.
Don't forget to save as a .png
