If we were to nominate a Blockland In-game Moderator of sorts

Like, someone who represents our combined ethics and morals.
Then, we can appoint this person admin on every server, and if someone was in trouble or if a greiver was in a server.
You could simply call that person on skype, and they could join the server and ban their candy ass.
