Motion Blur in Blockland

So I saw SirHerg1's newest Blockland episode (http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=m-ch-fea&v=85VK8zRJDac) and saw that he had some sort of motion blur effect. Is there a Motion blur effect implemented in Blockland? Or is it having to do with the Graphics Card settings?

Have you tried playing with AvP motion blur? Probably the worst thing ever and made me hate motion blur.

He uses special effects to make the motion blur look like its default in Blockland. He even has a tutorial I believe on it.

Yea, I used a plugin for After Effects called "Reel Smart Motion Blur" (RSMB) and applied it to my blockland videos to give the game a more revamped and smooth look. I also made a tutorial on this if you are interested in applying motion blur to your blockland footage.

Filipe used a different motion blur plugin for that video so the outcome looks completely different than my videos.
