no everyone left fool
ok
it's just that all i read was "we escaped in van and now in base"

you should have read more.  Cherenkov told everyone to fall back, stole a humvee, and returned to base.

I woke up in the dirt. Odd, I didn't realize I ever fell asleep. I tried to get up, but suddenly a large pain came over my body. Oh, right, I didn't fall asleep. I fell. I took a minute to shake off the pain and limp onwards, hoping I wouldn't have to dive into the mud to avoid a vehicle again any time soon.

I'd look to the commander as he would command me to change before nodding. I stand from my seat and head to my room. It wouldn't take long before I had finished changing into my civilian attire and head out of my room and out to the courtyard, nonchalantly walking out and giving the commander a nod and stating, "Here."

"Good, now all we need is Slimmer."

I was going to say it's fine to have a rifle but
Miscellaneous: Escaped convict, arsonist, diagnosed as Paranoid Delusional and an extreme narcissist, good with electrical type stuff.
I'm not even sure if you should have a knife let alone a pistol.

"Good, now all we need is Slimmer."

I walk out.

"So whats the plan?" I ask.

"Ah good, you're here.  We're heading to sector six, I'll explain what's going on the way there.  For now, head to the garage, grab some white spray paint, and a firefly stencil."

I'd nod and head towards the garage, once in I'd obtain some white spray paint and a firefly stencil before heading back to the Commander.

I headed to the garage and got a stencil and got some yellow spray paint and back to the Commander.

doesn't make a difference

I sighed. Things were tense but now the adrenaline went down. Things were back to it's boring self. Apparently now I was on patrol. I walked across a sidewalk, weapon out, looking around. I saw a couple other soldiers or police standing outside the building, they were pretty much the same thing anyways, similar uniforms. I was more into the police-job anyways. They were probably having a search inside that building for any fireflies being hidden inside, some citizens do that now-a-days. I walked by an alleyway (Apt. A & B) and took a simple look at it, then went back onto the normal route. I was going to go by the Low-Refined housing and take just a quick look at it soon as well.
